Our firm
Sygma was originally formed by Alan Brading FCA of Hamilton Brading and Alex Chandler ACA of ChandlerWilliams.

Initially starting as a relatively small firm, Sygma has grown substantially over the years, still maintaining the core belief that a good accountant should friendly and approachable.
​
As at today Sygma boasts 3 fantastic partners, a strong and experienced accounts team, payroll staff, audit managers and in-house bookkeepers. But despite this growth, we still prioritise the "small firm" approach.
Meet the partners
Alan Brading
FCA
Alan was originally a partner of Hamilton Brading, a well established firm spanning near 30 years. Alan's own personal and approachable nature fit perfectly with the ethos of Sygma, and his experience and knowledge again helped form the foundations.
As an acting FD for a handful of clients, Alan isn't afraid to get hands on to promote and assist his clients. With such a wealth and long running knowledge of clients from every industry and background imaginable, Alan has seen it all and isn't shy at sharing his knowledge.
Alex intially started his own firm, ChandlerWilliams, with a view to providing a service with a difference. Years later, a chance re-encounter with a former colleague Alan Brading, started the foundations of what would become Sygma.
With an interest in new companies, hands on entrepreneur experience, and high levels of IT and software knowledge, Alex has helped multiple businesses and individuals hit the ground running in understanding how to run a business and save money along the way.

Transitioning with Alex from ChandlerWilliams into Sygma at its conception, Sarah naturally also fits with the friendly and approachable viewpoint that forms the very base of our firm.
Sarah's experience has been built up in a wide range of different areas, from a top 20 audit practise, to AIM listed companies. She has dealt with different ranges of clients from multi million pound turnover to small local business and individuals.
